Time Blocks — product walkthroughcoming soon
Why it works

A planner that respects the shape of a day.

Most task apps give you an endless list. Time Blocks gives you hours — and hours run out, which is the point.

Regular tasks, written once

Keep the things you do every week in one place. Colour-code them, reorder them, drag them into any day.

Drag straight onto the hour

Grab the grip, drop on a slot. The schedule lights up so you always know where it lands. Half-hour blocks the whole way from 5am to midnight, and a task can repeat across as many as it needs.

Strike it, hear it, move on

One click strikes a block through with a satisfying tick. Three words for today and a notes card keep the day on one page. The now-line keeps you honest about where you are in it.

How it works

Three moves. That's the whole app.

01

List your regulars

Deep work, gym, inbox, calls — whatever recurs. Give each a colour so it's readable at a glance.

02

Drag them onto today

Pull tasks across to the hourly schedule. Rearrange the list, rearrange the day — everything moves with a grip.

03

Work the blocks

Strike through as you go. Tomorrow starts blank, your regular tasks don't.

Questions

Short answers.

Does it sync to my phone?

No. Time Blocks is a focused Mac app and stores everything locally. That's deliberate — it's a planning surface, not another inbox.

Is there a subscription?

No. Pay once and it's yours, including updates.

Can I plan more than one day ahead?

Yes. Step through any date and lay out blocks in advance. Your regular tasks are always at hand.

Which Macs does it run on?

Any Mac running macOS 13 Ventura or later, Apple silicon or Intel.

Is there a web version?

One's planned, and it stays free. The native Mac app is the paid one — it's the version with the drag-and-drop schedule, the notes card and the print-ready page.

When does it launch?

It's in build. Nothing to buy yet. The changelog is where every humbleha.us release gets written up, so that's the place to watch.
