Short version: we count page views in aggregate and that's it. No ads, no tracking cookies, no profiles.

Page views

Pages on this site use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.

Nothing else is tracked

• No Google Analytics, ad pixels or social trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not Google.
• The only cookie is the admin login cookie, and only the site owner ever gets one.
• YouTube videos only load after you press play, and they load from youtube-nocookie.com.
• The site's own code doesn't log or store IP addresses, browser details or referrers. Spam protection on the admin login uses a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP. The key that scrambles it changes daily, and the entry is deleted when the time limit runs out. Other endpoints use Cloudflare's short-lived rate-limit counters.

Links to other sites

Buy and donate buttons take you to Gumroad and Ko-fi, and their privacy policies apply there. Partner links (/go/…) are counted per link, with the country only. Donations show on this site as an amount from "Anonymous".

Admin login alerts

If someone fails to log in to the admin area several times, the site owner gets a security alert with that visitor's IP address and country. This only happens on the admin login page.

HumbleWatch

HumbleWatch's update server keeps daily totals of downloads and update checks, with country. It doesn't store IP addresses.
